SONshine Sundays: Thoughts on Thanksgiving.

I can't believe how close it is to Thanksgiving! I love this time of year. October, November, and December are some of my favorite months. (Other than the fact I could live without snow.)
Anyways its so crazy this year black Friday sales are starting at 6 p.m. Thursday! Hello people, its Thanksgiving! And that is dinner time! Thanksgiving is a time for thanking God and being with family. Not mobs of people trying to compete for sales. Anywho, that's just my thought.
Has anyone seen this e card? I loved it! It's so true.

I do definitely enjoy reading what people are thankful for over all the complaints. I was going to do the thirty days of thankfulness. Then a thought struck me. I should thank God every single day, multiple times a day for the blessings He gives. My thankfulness shouldn't be shoved, jam-packed into 1 month or even only on Thanksgiving. He deserves our thanksgiving every single day!
"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him and bless his name." Psalm 100:4 KJV

Thankful, Thankful, Thankful!

So a lot of people are doing 30 days of thankfulness. I'm definitely not going to get around to posting every single day why I am thankful, but I  do want to share some of the reasons of why I'm thankful this month.
I'm so extremely thankful for my little family. I met Brandon when I was 14 and little did I know what God had in store for our lives.

Next came our two precious daughters. Claire Adalee and Eden Grace.
Claire, you are so spunky, outgoing, and loving. You have a zest for life that anyone should look up to. You have taught me so much in the two years I have known you. You have taught me how to be a momma, how to be more laid back, you have taught me patience, and you have taught me to embrace the little things in life.
Eden Grace, you are so sweet, smiley, and sensitive. You will smile at anyone who looks your way. You adore your big sister as much as she adores you. You completed our family sweet girl.
I love you two precious girls more than words could ever say.
These are a few favorite pictures of my girls. They are from when Eden was only a few days old, I will cherish these forever.
